Request for Proposals 0804-001: External Service Providers (IT Services)
The District is issuing a Request For Proposals (RFP 0804-001) for an external services provider to provide IT services. The closing date for the RFP is June 23, 2008 at 2:00 pm Central Time with proposal delivery required to the District headquarters at 1111 E. Cesar Chavez. Paper Proposals are being accepted only. Proposers are encouraged to register with RFP Depot at no charge to automatically receive updates and be able to post questions/receive answers electronically.

SOLICITATION OF REAL PROPERTY TO PURCHASE OR LEASE
Travis County Healthcare DistrictThe Travis County Healthcare District (the “District”) was founded in 2004 as a limited-purpose taxing district responsible for providing healthcare or arranging for the provision of to indigent persons residing in Travis County, Texas. The District is in the process of identifying both vacant property to purchase, and improved property to purchase or for a long-term lease.
The Primary Preferred Location Area falls within portions of zip codes 78723, 78752, 78753, 78754 and 78758, and the Secondary/Extended Preferred Location Area falls within portions of zip codes 78724, 78757 and 78756. A map of the specific Primary and Secondary areas may be viewed below. Property criteria includes the following:

Only written (hard copy) proposals are accepted for RFPs. Questions regarding solicitations should be posted on RFP Depot by the required date for response as outlined in the solicitation documents.
