Provider Self-Service

Read the "Viewer Help" first (upper left hand corner of the page).

For Jurisdiction Information:

Under Viewer Tools (left hand side of page):
Click "ADDRESS".
On the bottom of the page, a space will appear to type in the address.
Type in the address and click "Locate".
A highlighted address will appear over aerial photgraphy, lot lines and streets (red).
On the right hand side of the map locate "LAYERS".
Scroll down to "JURISDICTION".
Make sure both the circle and the square box are checked.
Hit "REFRESH MAP" (button above LAYERS).
The map will now have a 'light yellow hue'.
Click LEGEND (right next to LAYERS) to see what the jurisdicition colors mean.

Alternatively...
(make sure the box and circle are clicked for JURISDICTION before the below method will work)

Go back to "Viewer Tools" (left hand side of page).
Click "IDENTIFY".
Move cursor directly over the highlighted Address Point.
Click the Address Point.
The Jurisdiction will be displayed at the bottom of the page "FULL PURPOSE".
