North Central Health Center Project
The new North Central Health Center at 1210 West Braker Lane opened to the public on Oct. 17, 2011 and is wholly owned by Central Health. The health care services are delivered by CommUnityCare.
Recent News
The North Central Health Center opened for business on Monday, Oct. 17. We will announce an official grand-opening within the coming weeks.
CommUnityCare has set up a page on their Web site for this new facility, which includes information on services available, providers and staff, hours of operation and more.
