Notice is hereby given that the Travis County Healthcare District d/b/a Central Health is accepting responses for Request for Proposals (RFP#1008-001) for (Professional Consulting Services for Customer Satisfaction and Awareness Research).

Only paper proposals are being accepted. Proposals should be submitted per the RFP to: Travis County Healthcare District d/b/a Central Health, 1111 E. Cesar Chavez St, Austin TX 78702, Attn: Purchasing Manager. RFP Due Date: (Thursday, August 26, 2010), at 2:00 p.m. To be accepted, proposals must be received in a sealed envelope at the District Headquarters (1111 E. Cesar Chavez Street, Austin, TX 78702) addressed to the Purchasing Manager, and state RFP number, RFP due date and RFP name. All proposals must be received by the due date and time to be considered.
