The mission of the Travis County Healthcare District is to "promote the health and wellness of the residents of our community, especially the uninsured and underinsured, by working together to ensure access to a full range of coordinated health care services."

As a health care leader in our community, we are dedicated to creating and maintaining a community-wide response to the complex national problem of assuring access to quality health care. Through vigilance in our focus, inclusiveness in our approach and creativity in our thinking, the Travis County Healthcare District is helping to make Central Texas a model healthy community.
